You are sitting there, hearing a favourite radio station, when suddenly you heard a song you have not heard for a very long time. You start following the flow of the music as it takes you back to the good old days. You loved the music, the tune is so catchy that it mesmerizes you, you think about buying the song in Itunes Store, but there is only one problem. You do not remember the name of the song! How can one find a song in which one doesn't even remember the lyrics, or the title of the song? All you can do is you start humming that tune and singing some of the chorus that you think is the right lyrics (or one that you made up yourself). The song kept on playing in your mind and it is starting to get intimidating to find the name of the song.

Well guess what? Now you can search for a song just by humming or singing it. It's all thanks to a website, www.midomi.com . Midomi is a community website. In the website, you use your microphone to sing a few verse of the song and the system will search the whole database for a song matching your tune, and yeah you can even hum or whistle! You can also help the midomi community by singing a few verse of your favourite song and then when a user search for his/her favourite song, your performance might be at the top result! Great for Idols wannabees. Try it!
