This article will share with you the tips on resizing your photos in windows xp the easier way. Normally, you would need to install a graphic application to make some resizing on your image. Well, in windows xp, resizing is now a breeze.
The tool is called ImageResizer. Its incorporated in the Microsoft PowerToy. You'll need to download and install it first before the option to resize image is available to you.
After you have finish installing the addon, kindly follow these steps in order to resize your picture using the tool.
First you must check the picture size, like in the example below, in your picture folder, click view and then choose thumbnails as the option.
Once in the thumbnail view, you can see the image size by rolling your mouse over it. Like the example below it shows the size of the picture is 640 x 480. Right on the image.
You will then get an option like the image below. Choose "Resize Picture"
You can then choose the size that you desire and the image will be resized!
Extra Information:
- You can choose to resize several images by highlighting them and right clicking on it.
- After you click "ok" in the Resize Picture Pop-Up Box, the output will be the name of the image with the word (custom) at the back. You can opt to change the original image in the advance tab.
